1. Refund policy: replacement for the EU section

Custom and personalized items
Items personalized with a name, text, photo, or design provided by you (for example, a bandana or leash with a custom name) are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Standard products with pre-made designs, such as our breed-print bowls, are not considered personalized and can be returned under the terms below.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. This applies to standard products only. As explained above, personalized items made to your specifications are excluded from this right. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at happy.tails.company10@gmail.com to start your return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return label and instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
